Description
Rubber disc return idler is applied to remove the sticky material on the return section belt and to keep the belt clean. General arrange 3-6 sets rubber disc return idler at the beginning point of return section.
Specification
♦ For Belt Width: 400-2800mm
♦ Surface Treatment: Electrostatic Powder Coating, Galvanization.
♦ Standard: DIN, CEMA, JIS, AS, SANS-SABS, GOST, AFNOR etc.
♦ Frame material:Q235 equal to S235JR ,Q345B or according to customer's requirements.

1. The rollers are made of high precision special steel pipe which can reduces roller’s radial run out
2. Choose TK contact and labyrinth seals which have great advantage in water and dust proof.
