Description
A self-aligning return idler is a pivoting conveyor idler that automatically corrects off-center belt travel by steering the belt back to the center of the conveyor. When the belt drifts off-center, the idler frame swivels, causing the idler's side guide rollers to gently guide the belt back into proper position, preventing damage to the belt and conveyor structure. These idlers are essential for maintaining belt tracking and reducing costly wear and tear in a variety of industrial applications
