Description
Troughing carrying idler Revolves supporting the belt on the side which carrier loads and is used for carrying bulk. There are various trough angle:10°20° 30° ,35° ,45°
There are two types of idler: standard and forward-leaning idler.
The forward-leaning idler can be arranged along all line of conveyor to prevent belt sway off center condition.Specification
♦ For Belt Width: 400-2800mm
♦ Trough angles: 10°-45° or adjustable
♦ Surface Treatment: Electrostatic Powder Coating, Galvanization.
♦ Standard: DIN, CEMA, JIS, AS, SANS-SABS, GOST, AFNOR etc.
♦ Frame material:Q235 equal to S235JR,Q345 or according to customer's requirements.
♦ Frame type:Angle Iron, Channel Steel, Steel Pipe
Features
1.The rollers are made of high precision special steel pipe which can reduces roller’s radial run out.
2.Choose TK contact and labyrinth seals which have great advantage in water and dust proof.
3.Use full automatic production equipment to keep high production efficiency and precision.
4.Use welding robot to weld idler frame to improve welding quality and efficiency .
5.Frames are designed to provide a minimum gap between rollers and give more protection to conveyor belt .
