Description
Troughing impact idler has roller covered by a resilient material.
They are used at loading points where impact resulting from lump size and weight of the material,so belt and rollers can be prevented from damage.Specification
♦ For Belt Width: 400-2800mm
♦ Trough angles: 10°-45°or adjustable
♦ Surface Treatment: Electrostatic Powder Coating, Galvanization.
♦ Standard: DIN, CEMA, JIS, AS, SANS-SABS, GOST, AFNOR etc.
♦ Frame material:Q235 equal to S235JR or according to customer's requirements.
♦ Frame type:Angle Iron, Channel Steel, Steel PipeFeatures
