Introduction
It’s used for cutting steel pipe automatically. Workers can place the entire bundle of pipes material on the storage rack.The feeding mechanism sequentially transports a single piece to the machine tool feeding jig.The feeding jig can automatically feed forward based on the required length. The one-time feeding length is 1200 mm. If the set length exceeds this value, the system will feed multiple times according to the set value.
After the feeding reaches the set length, the front clamp is tightened and the spindle rotates. The cutter holder is quickly positioned to a safe distance through a servo control system, and then start cutting quickly until cut off the pipe and then return to the initial position after cutting. The feeding clamp continues to feed, while ejecting the finished pipe to the conveying device. After being transported to the designated position, the ejecting cylinder pushes the finished pipe to the finished material table.
