Introduction:
It’s used for processing the spigot at both ends of the steel pipe automatically and can process the spigots of the steel pipe which used in making all kinds of rollers with casting iron and punching bearing housing which produced home and abroad.
This machine uses rapid clamping device,clamping force easy to adjust, convenient and smooth transmission, safe and reliable. Horizontal and vertical feeding is driven by hydraulic pressure with feeding speed hydraulic steplessly adjustable. For radial feeding, there’s vernier device and the scale value is 0.05mm each check . There’s hydraulic cutter-drawing machinery on tool post which can protect the finished surface effectively.
For electric control parts, it adopted the control system which keeps the international advanced programmable controller(in short PC ) imported as the core . The positioning uses national advanced no-touch approach switch and the repeated positioning precision can reach 0.05mm which can improve equipment’s processing precision and working reliability.
In conclusion, for adopting all the effective measures, this machine’s usage, processing precision and working effectivity have been improved substantially and applicable to large quantity steel pipe’s processing.Main Technical Parameter
